In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, you will find below some information and advice:
- The domain of Lac Saint Charles, guest house is not a public place. We are pleased to welcome you to our home. There may also be other travelers under the same roof, in the friendliness and respect of the privacy of each.
- The request not to smoke in the house and in each of the rooms, is a matter of courtesy for other people present and future. Any failure will be charged $ 100 per day. The management of the establishment reserves the right in case of major breaches of the rules to terminate the stay without notice, without refund.
- Some people come to rest, so each resident is asked to be discreet late in the evening, at night, and also ... in the morning.
- If you decide to picnic in the rooms or at the edge of our private lake, please throw your garbage in the trash and leave the place clean.
- We do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
- In case of emergency, a fire extinguisher is located in the corridor of the rooms.
- Number in case of emergency 9-1-1

- In order to protect our planet, we ask you to leave hanging towels that you want to reuse and put in the bathtub those we have to change.
- Also thank you not to waste resources turning off the light of the rooms and other electrical appliances when you are out of the room and we ask you to use the heating in accordance with the respect of the environment.
- Your goals may be different: tourism, walking, real estate research, rest, family visits, work, sports or music courses ... Tips, itineraries, tourist documentation may interest you.
- We are at your disposal to help you in the choice of your stay.
Terms of booking:
- A valid credit card number on the day of stay will be required for the booking confirmation.
- An amount of 50% of the amount of the stay could be taken one month before your arrival.
- The balance will be paid at the beginning of the stay in cash or credit card.

- Arrivals are between 16h and 18h, we understand that for various reasons this time of arrival may not be suitable, so if you plan to arrive at another time before or after arrival, no problem but please contact us by e-mail or telephone to inform us and so validate your schedule with us so that no one loses time.In case of presentation outside our arrival times and without prior agreement with us, we reserve the right to apply a fee of 25 cad.
